• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your photo session. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your chosen photography package and ensures your spot in our schedule.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your photo session.

• We understand that sometimes plans change. You may reschedule your photo session to a different date, but this can only be done once, and we require advance notice to make the necessary adjustments.
• If you need to cancel your photo session, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial $50 deposit is non-refundable.
• After a photo session has been canceled twice, the client will be required to re-book and pay a new $50 deposit fee.

• Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session time to accommodate our schedule.
• For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions closely and will advise if a reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shortened shooting time.
• In such cases, the session fee will remain unchanged, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for the shortened duration.

• Your professionally edited high-resolution images will be delivered via an online gallery within two weeks of your photo shoot, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a link to access your gallery, where you can view, share, and download your photos.
• Bremkie Photography retains the rights to all images taken during your session and may use them for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your images shared publicly, please inform us in writing before your session.
